Job summary

South Prairie Memory Care is hiring for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Assistant (RA) roles. This position provides direct care to residents, supports ADLs, and collaborates with the nursing team to follow individualized care plans. 12-hour shifts with nights available ensure coverage across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, and oral hygiene.
• Ability to monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility, ensuring safety.
• Support nutritious meals and proper hand hygiene.
• Document daily care, meals, and observations.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environments and assist with light housekeeping.
