Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking compassionate CNAs/RA to join our resident-centered care teams. Full-time evening shifts (PM) and part-time night shifts (NOC) are available, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

You’ll assist residents with ADLs, mobility and daily activities, delivering high-quality care in a faith-based nonprofit setting. We offer competitive hourly pay ($22.50–$24.25) and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental, HSA/FSA

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• Nursing Assistant Certification is required for Long Term Care; Assisted Living does not require certifications.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants.
• Monitor changes in Residents' condition.
• Assist residents with mobility using gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.
