Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• Must understand and communicate in English with residents and team.
• Nursing Assistant Certification required for Long Term Care.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition.
• Assist with mobility using gait belts or mechanical lifts.
• Provide care with dignity and respect to residents.
