Job summary

Executive Home Care of Fort Worth is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for clients in Southlake, TX. You will assist with ADLs, medications reminders, meal prep, companionship, and light housekeeping in a client home.

You will join a supportive team dedicated to improving client wellbeing. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training support your growth as a caregiver, with PPE and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene; mobility, transfers, ambulation.

• Meal planning and preparation, monitoring nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Household assistance: light housekeeping and keeping a clean living environment.
• Health monitoring: observe changes and report to care team; document care.

Responsibilities:

• Companionship and Social Interaction:

  Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.

  Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

• Household Assistance:

  Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.

  Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.

• Health Monitoring:

  Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.

  Document care provided and any notable observations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role with a family member, friend or client preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
