Job summary

Anaya Group LLC in Grapevine, TX is hiring a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support seniors with daily living activities, light meal prep, errands, and transportation to appointments.

You will provide companionship, monitor safety, document changes, and communicate with family and healthcare professionals. Training is provided; flexibility in shift times and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a personal care assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassion and empathy for clients' well-being.
• Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Reminding clients to take their medications as prescribed.
• Running errands, including grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions.
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments and providing transportation.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Documenting care activities and any changes in the client's condition.
• Communicating with the client's family and healthcare professionals as needed.
