Job summary

Executive Home Care of Fort Worth is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and support to clients in their own homes. You will play a pivotal role in assisting with daily activities, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, and health monitoring to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene; mobility transfers and ambulation.
• Medication reminders and support with medication routines.
• Meal planning and preparation with attention to dietary requirements and hydration.
• Provide companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Monitor health status and report changes to the care team; document care provided.
