Executive Home Care of Fort Worth is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home assistance to clients. You will support daily living activities, help with meals, medication reminders, mobility, and companionship in a respectful, safe environment.

You will join a team dedicated to enhancing quality of life, following care plans, documenting observations, and coordinating with health professionals to ensure consistent, personalized care for people with medical and age-related needs.

Competenze

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document observations.

Mansioni

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers and ambulation; monitor health status.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication routines.
• Meal planning and preparation; ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Offer companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments.
• Document care provided and report notable observations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
