Job summary

Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dependable Full-Time Rehabilitation Technician to join our in-house therapy team in Butler, PA. The Rehab Tech supports Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists and helps residents achieve their highest level of function and independence.

You will work with nursing and the interdisciplinary team, assist with treatment sessions, maintain a safe therapy gym, and document care using Net Health.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA license.
• Experience in SNF/Long-Term Care or rehab setting preferred.
• Experience with Net Health is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
• Positive attitude with resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with patient treatment sessions as directed.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy gym.
• Transport residents to and from therapy appointments.
• Assist with therapy equipment setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor resident safety during therapy activities and communicate observations to the therapy team.
• Stock therapy supplies and assist with department organization.
• Complete documentation and departmental tasks using Net Health.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
