In this entry-level, onsite role, you’ll assist PT, OT, and Speech clinicians with treatment support, patient transport and set-up, equipment cleaning/organization, and basic documentation or clerical tasks as assigned.

A Typical Shift

As a Rehab Tech, you’ll start by checking the therapy schedule, greeting residents, and helping the clinic space feel calm and ready for the day. Between sessions, you’ll stay in sync with the therapy team, pivot as plans change, and keep the flow moving so residents aren’t waiting. You’ll spend time walking the unit, interacting with residents and staff, and wrapping up by resetting the gym area for the next day—leaving things organized, clean, and ready for the morning.
