Job summary

Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Butler, PA is seeking a full-time or part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. You’ll provide OT treatments in a SNF/LTC setting and help residents regain independence.

We value a PA COTA license, enthusiasm for working with residents, and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Net Health experience is a plus; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed in Pennsylvania.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• Experience with Net Health is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to connect with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments in a skilled nursing/long-term care (SNF/LTC) setting.
• Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents regain independence with daily activities.
• Document care using Net Health.
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team that believes teamwork makes the day go faster.
