Job summary

Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Butler, PA is seeking a dependable Full-Time Rehabilitation Technician (Rehab Tech) to join our in-house therapy team. The role supports Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists and helps residents regain function.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with a PA CNA license, you will assist with treatment sessions, prepare the therapy gym, transport residents, and maintain equipment while ensuring safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• Experience with Net Health is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assist residents safely and lift/transfer as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with patient treatment sessions as directed.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized therapy gym.
• Transport residents to and from therapy appointments.
• Assist with therapy equipment setup, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Monitor resident safety during therapy activities and communicate observations.
• Stock therapy supplies and assist with department organization.
• Complete documentation using Net Health.
• Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to provide resident care.

Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Full-Time Rehabilitation Technician (Rehab Tech) to join our in-house therapy team in Butler, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative rehabilitation environment and is passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of function and independence.

Working alongside our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, you'll play an important role in supporting rehabilitation services and enhancing the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with patient treatment sessions as directed.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy gym.
• Transport residents to and from therapy appointments.
• Assist with therapy equipment setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor resident safety during therapy activities and communicate observations to the therapy team.
• Stock therapy supplies and assist with department organization.
• Complete documentation and departmental tasks using Net Health.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Experience with Net Health is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely throughout the workday.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to resident-centered care.
