Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care in Riverton, Utah is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centered care under the direction of nursing leadership. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor health changes, and assist with mobility and transfers in a facility focused on rehabilitation and comfort.

Responsibilities include assisting with nutrition, documenting care activities, and maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to assigned patients in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services at meals, including setup, delivery, and documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and monitors intake; documents changes.
