Enloe Health, a Level II Trauma Center in Northern California, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join its patient care team. Under RN supervision, you will provide hands-on nursing support and help ensure the care plan is followed.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate tasks with other nurses and staff. Previous hospital experience and current CPR certification are desirable.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant may give patient care. They may perform selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual. Under supervision of Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides a support function to the nurse by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed. The Certified Nursing Assistant collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.
