Enloe Medical Center in Northern California is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care under RN supervision. The CNA may perform selected nursing procedures and transport medications as needed to support the care plan.
Minimum CA CNA certification and CPR are required; neutropenic precautions and radiation safety training should be completed within the first year. Prior hospital experience is preferred.

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant may give patient care. They may perform selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual. The CNA transports non-controlled medications to and from pharmacy. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides a support function to the nurse by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed. The Certified Nursing Assistant collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care. These services further the mission of Enloe Medical Center, which is to provide high quality, cost effective healthcare for the people in the communities we serve.
