Job summary

Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role includes performing select nursing procedures and coordinating tasks to help deliver the care plan.

ERC Rehab Nursing Compensation range: $23.09 - $29.56

Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant may give patient care and perform selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual. The Certified Nursing Assistant provides a support function by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to deliver care in accordance with the medical plan of care.

Education / Training / Experience

Desired: Previous hospital experience.

Licenses / Certifications

• Current certification with the CA Department of Health Services Licensing & Certification Board
• Current CPR certification

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Must demonstrate technical competence, communication skills, and sensitivity for the hospitalized patient and family. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
