Job summary

St. Luke’s Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients in their recovery journey. You'll provide hands-on patient care, assist with mobility, transfers, and therapy activities, and collaborate with physical therapists and an interdisciplinary care team.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Shift options include 8- or 10-hour shifts with occasional weekend rotation, and you’ll help keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and safe for patients.

Qualifications

• CNA Idaho Certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with rehabilitation therapists to support patients during treatment sessions, assisting with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and therapeutic activities.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes safety, comfort, and recovery.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patient care areas according to established procedures, protocols, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including supply management, equipment readiness, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Support efficient clinic operations through clerical and administrative tasks while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to help ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
