Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PT day shifts at Crescent Grove, KY. You will provide hands-on care with compassion, support residents’ daily activities, and report health changes to licensed nurses.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Observe and report health changes to licensed nurses.
• Record vital signs and maintain safe, clean resident environments.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion.
• Transport, lift, and reposition residents using proper techniques and equipment.
• Follow infection control protocols and assist with isolation procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure quality care delivery.
