The role supports residents with medication administration while pursuing a nursing degree, in a care-focused team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with 8-hour shifts and weekend rotation are available; compensation is $19.30-$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Active CNA certification on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
• Current CPR certification.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, per the care plan.
• Monitors residents’ condition responds to needs promptly, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately documents care each shift.
• Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
• Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Active CNA certification on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
• Current CPR certification
