Job summary

LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a continuum of services for older adults. This opportunity supports full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with shifts including weekends and 8-hour options.

Pay ranges from $20 to $22.25 per hour, depending on experience. Illuminus offers a robust benefits package and a mission-driven culture dedicated to dignified care.

• Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals and room prep per the care plan.
• Monitors residents’ condition, responds to needs, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and documents care each shift.
• Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights and effective communication while following safety and infection prevention standards.
• Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties and other assigned responsibilities.

Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation.

Pay

$20-22.25 per hour, dependent upon experience

Essential Job Functions

• Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, per the care plan.
• Monitors residents’ condition responds to needs promptly, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately documents care each shift.
• Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
• Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.
