North Hill in Needham, MA is seeking energetic CNAs to join Pines Edge, our 5-Star CMS-rated skilled nursing community. The Full-Time shift 7 AM – 3 PM offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and the chance to provide truly personalized, compassionate care in a warm, home-like setting.

You will aid residents with daily living, support activities, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while collaborating with a supportive team. Free meals on shift and ongoing tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Massachusetts CNA certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Two years of CNA experience preferred, especially in long-term care.
• Compassion, dependability, and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide respectful, person-centered care that honors resident preferences.
• Support residents in social programs, activities, and dining.
• Prepare and serve meals while ensuring food safety and dietary requirements.
• Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document as required.
• Uphold resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming household environment.
