Qualifications

• NYS CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Supports nursing staff and prepares units, rooms and beds for admissions, transfers, discharges or emergencies.
• Obtains vital signs and documents findings; assists with meals and hydration.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality and documents appropriately in EMR.
