Job summary

Iannarino Fullen Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a healthcare setting in Phoenix, AZ. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient well-being, maintain a clean and safe environment, and collaborate with licensed nurses to ensure quality care for residents and patients.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a patient-centered approach, with adherence to state regulations and facility

Qualifications

Active Arizona CNA certification required.
Maintain certification in good standing throughout employment.
Ability to monitor vital signs and document accurately.
Experience assisting with ADLs and mobility.
Strong patient-focused communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living including transfers, bathing, dressing.
Monitor, record vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff.
Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary patient environments.
Aide with meals and hydration, and assist dining.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and effective communication.
Support documentation and basic clerical tasks as needed.
Follow state regulations and facility policies.
