Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required; CNA licensure in state of practice for new hires.
• Excellent organizational, human relations and communication skills; healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic hygiene to promote patient health.
• Document patient data and maintain accurate medical records in EMR.
• Communicate changes in patient status to licensed professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform unit duties and clerical tasks to support department operations.
