Qualifikationen

• Current BLS certification is required.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice is required for new hires and transfers.
• Requires 1 year of medical clerical experience or related customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and human relations skills.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer literacy.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and maintain mobility and nutrition.
• Collect patient data including vital signs and input/output, document in the medical record.
• Recognize and report health status changes to a licensed professional and communicate status to care team.
• Perform procedures and use equipment under supervision, such as blood draws and EKG monitoring.
• Provide receptionist/clerical support to ensure smooth unit operations and information flow.
• Maintain patient records, chart forms, and educational materials; assist with specimen ordering.
• Monitor supplies and equipment; manage supply requisitions and asset tracking.
• Assist with transporting patients and OR room turnover as needed.
• Work under supervision in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service focus.
