Otterbein SeniorLife in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily tasks, provide support under supervision, and help maintain a warm, person-centered living environment.

Pay starts at $18.50 per hour based on experience, with an additional $3.00 second and $3.00 third shift differential. Benefits include medical, vision and life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with company

Qualifications

• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lift and transfer residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing help with daily tasks (bathing, eating, ambulating, hair care).
• Provide a wide range of support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents stay as independent as possible and document care accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
