Responsibilities

• Care for residents requiring help with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide support under supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents maintain independence in daily living.
• Accurate, timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
