Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is recruiting Part-Time Faculty to teach nursing assistant courses for the Department of CNA. The college welcomes qualified applicants for temporary teaching assignments, with in-person, online, or hybrid formats available.

Under the supervision of the Department Chair, Part-Time Faculty teach course content; assess student learning; stay current in their teaching field; and maintain professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Nevada or eligible to obtain one.
• Ability to teach part-time and work with diverse student populations.
• Interest in nursing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Teach CNA courses (lecture, lab, and/or clinical) as assigned.
• Assess student learning and provide feedback.
• Stay current in nursing education and refer students to college resources.
