Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is seeking Part-Time Faculty to teach dance courses in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts. Courses may be taught in-person, online, or hybrid.

This pool supports temporary Part-Time Faculty vacancies with opportunities to be contacted for teaching openings. Under supervision of the Department Chair, you will teach content, assess learning, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• PhD, MFA, MA, or BA in Music or closely related field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Teach course content; assess student learning; stay current in teaching field.
• Actively refer students to supportive college resources; complete professional development; use current technology.
• Maintain appropriate standards of ethics and professional conduct.
