Job summary

Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities, dignity, and safety. You will join a collaborative care team dedicated to CARE—Care, Achieve, Respect, Educate—and provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a home-like setting.

The role requires an active SC CNA license, strong communication and teamwork, and comfort with PCC software.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
