Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving each resident's dignity and independence
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and repositioning
• Monitor residents throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and overnight care needs
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• Document care accurately and completely according to facility policies
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
