Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving residents' dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents during night shifts and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address overnight care needs.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Document care accurately per facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and build relationships with residents and families.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving each resident's dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and overnight care needs.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Document care accurately and completely according to facility policies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
