As a Night Shift CNA, you will assist with ADLs, monitoring residents, and reporting changes to the licensed nurse, while ensuring a safe, clean, and respectful living space for our residents.

As a member of our NOC team, you'll provide comfort, reassurance, and quality care during the overnight hours, helping residents feel safe and supported.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving each resident's dignity and independence.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
Monitor residents throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and overnight care needs.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
Document care accurately and completely according to facility policies.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
