St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the part-time night shift to provide compassionate care and support residents through the overnight hours. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving each resident's dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and overnight care needs.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Document care accurately and completely according to facility policies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
