Rossville Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents.

You will work within a supportive team that includes a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and Administrator to ensure adherence to policies and delivery of exceptional care.

Qualifications

• A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• A caring and loving personality and demeanor.
• The ability to work your scheduled shifts and meet the demands of the role.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life for our residents.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support.
• Promptly responding to resident call lights.
• Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
• Adhering to infection control procedures.
• Documenting and charting your care for each resident.
• Wage includes shift differentials and bonuses.
