Job summary

Delta View Post Acute in Antioch, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role you will provide hands-on resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses, helping with daily activities and supporting overall wellbeing.

We offer AM, PM and NOC shifts, competitive pay starting at $22.00 per hour, and a facility that values teamwork, ongoing training, and career growth in a 99-bed skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Document care accurately according to facility policies.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding resident care.

What You'll Do
