Job summary

Delta View Post Acute in Antioch, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will provide hands-on resident support and work closely with licensed nurses to ensure high-quality care in a supportive environment.

We offer a starting pay of $22 per hour for full-time roles, with schedules including AM, PM, and NOC shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within our organization.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Document care according to facility policies.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding resident care.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents while working closely with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the highest quality of care.
