Deliver compassionate, high‑quality care according to each resident’s individualized care plan
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Support residents during meals while promoting proper nutrition and hydration
Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the licensed nursing staff
Respond promptly to call lights while providing exceptional customer service
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Accurately document care provided and follow all facility policies and procedures
Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced skilled nursing environment
Previous skilled nursing or post‑acute care experience is preferred but not required
