Job summary

East Bay Post Acute is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and collaborate with licensed staff to maintain a high standard of care in a warm, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with ADLs.

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

What You’ll Do
