Delta View Post-Acute in Antioch, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-centered care team. This full-time role offers on-call opportunities with AM, PM, and NOC shifts, and a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

You will work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support residents’ comfort and independence. We provide a supportive work environment at a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, with benefits including

• Current and active CNA certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Document care and services provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Support individualized care plans and resident goals.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs while promoting their comfort, independence, and well-being. Working alongside nurses and interdisciplinary team members, you will help ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
