We offer part-time, full-time, casual, and overnight options with a starting pay of $20/hr and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care with compassion and respect.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, toileting, and dining.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to provide quality care.
