Job summary

Meadowbrook at Chetek is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing team on the PM shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). This position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Commitment to resident safety and quality care.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Continuation education 12 hours annually or as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care with compassion and respect.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, toileting and dining.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to provide quality care.
