Job summary
Complete Care is seeking a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated clinical care team in Wisconsin. This role focuses on daily resident care, promoting independence, and delivering compassionate support with dignity.

Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin CNA registration in good standing.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills for electronic care charting.
- Strong physical stamina and compassionate caregiver approach.
- Teamwork and ability to follow orientation and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on ADL and personal care assistance with meals, hydration, and daily living activities.
- Record vital signs and care observations, reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and infection control per facility protocols.
- Document care in the EHR and participate in shift handoffs for seamless care transitions.
