Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation.
• Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other health data accurately.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with rehabilitative and restorative activities as directed by the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
