Job summary

Allpro Homecare TN is seeking an Experienced CNA or HHA to join our team and provide quality non-medical homecare to our veteran population. You will assist with daily activities and mobility in clients' homes, focusing on safety and comfort.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, online training, and supportive staff to help you succeed in serving veterans in Florida. This role requires compassion, reliability, and proper licensing.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in good standing
• Valid Florida HHA license
• At least 1 year of experience in hospital, nursing home, other facility or homecare
• Availability for varied shifts, including nights or weekends
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Hoyer lift experience (client-specific)
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Adequate physical endurance

Responsibilities

• Assists client with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assists client with toileting, including use of bedpan, or toilet
• Assists client with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair
• Performs housekeeping duties
• Plan, prepare and serve meals, with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Report any unusual events or occurrences to the administrator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Completes all other duties within the Client Service Plan

Requirements
