Job summary

Desert View Care Center in Buhl, ID is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for day shift (6 AM to 2 PM). On-the-job training is provided, and we’ll help you obtain CNA certification within 120 days if needed.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain one within 120 days of employment.
• Good communication with coworkers and residents.
• Ability to learn applicable long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents; assist with daily living activities.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Monitor dietary restrictions and record intake/output as required.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and build relationships with residents.
