Job summary

Desert View Care Center in Idaho is seeking a Night Shift CNA (10 PM to 6 AM) to assist residents, respond to call lights, and support daily living activities. You will collaborate with nursing staff to maintain comfort and safety.

We offer an hourly pay range of $15–$20, certification assistance if needed, a 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/life/vision insurance, and PTO to support your well‑being and growth.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employment
• Effective communication with coworkers and residents
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
• Provide physical support to assist residents in daily living activities
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
