Qualifications

• Wisconsin CNA certification required or enrolled in nursing program with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated age-appropriate patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with basic nursing and personal care tasks per clinical competency.
• Perform continuous safety observation when required.
• Report to Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager on each shift.
