Qualifications

• State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification is required or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
• Must provide documentation of successful completion of the basic nursing course.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated age appropriate care under Nurse supervision.
• Assist patients with basic nursing skills and personal care.
• Provide continuous safety observation as assigned.
