Job summary

Complete Care at Hillside in Wilmington, DE, offers a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Course starting September 30th. The program provides paid tuition, daytime classes 8am–4pm, and an interview before class to ensure a seamless entry into full-time employment with enrollment approved through the Delaware Nurse Aide Registry.

Upon completion you’ll work with residents providing personal care, mobility support, vitals monitoring, meals and companionship, with benefits including tuition

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references check and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe walking.
• Monitor vitals and report changes in health.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Help residents participate in activities and provide companionship.
• Document care in our software system.

• Interview prior to class for a seamless employment transition
• Approved through the Delaware Nurse Aide Registry
• Class curriculum and outline reviewed at interview
• Full-Time Employment is required
