Job summary

Complete Care is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee program in Wilmington, DE. Classes begin Sept 30th with daytime hours (8am-4pm) and paid tuition. Interviews occur before class for a smooth employment transition.

Upon completion, trainees will support residents with personal care, mobility, vitals, nutrition and daily activities, while earning benefits and opportunities for growth. Full-time employment is required and a path to professional success is provided by Complete Care.

• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references check & physical evaluation

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene and toileting
• Help reposition, transfer to chairs and assist with mobility
• Check vitals, monitor health status and report changes
• Assist with meals, hydration and ensuring adequate fluid intake
• Make beds, tidy rooms and support participation in activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Enter care information into the facility software system
